Hello, Leila here…
I’m not only a fan of teaching with the iPad, I think it’s official, I’m obsessed. You most likely landed here because you too, are interested in using the iPad in piano lessons. I believe it is the best teaching tool that I’ve EVER had and that’s saying a lot because I have many teaching tools. I tend to hoard them, just like apps. Want more tips for teaching? Check out my blog 88pianokeys.me where I talk about apps, teaching creativity and teaching creatively.
Please take your time and browse this blog directly connected to my book The iPad Piano Studio: Keys to Unlocking the Power of Apps. limited to its 88 pages. As promised, you will continue to gain updated information at this “filling” station better known as the iPadPiano studio.com. Don’t have a book yet? Order your copy here.
What you will find at the blog:
The iPad Piano Teacher: A host for interviews with teachers around the globe who integrate the iPad providing a peek into their lessons and lifestyles.
One App At a Time: A venue for reviewing apps and explaining how I specifically use them in my teaching, originally found at 88pianokeys. Can’t wait to tell you how I’ve been using Garageband in the studio.
App Maker Spotlight: A stage for worthy app developers to showcase his/her latest app and explain the latest updates since the publication of the book.
iPad Hotline: A place to post a question and find the answer.
Ideally, these could expand to something bigger and I have more ideas still under wrap. Some of my dreams are just too big to house at this present site. Can’t wait to see what the future holds as this will be part of the MTTCampus.com. Have you become a member yet?
The quickest way to the blog is through the QR codes in the book. Just scan any code with your QR code reader app and it will take you directly to a library of videos and this blog site.
As you embark or continue on your iPad journey , stop by, refuel and move forward at

not a destination.”
